Multi-family communities, schools, colleges, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, manufacturing and industrial buildings
What are slab leaks and reroutes? Leaks formed under a slab foundation can be hard to detect. Ironwood Plumbing uses specialized leak detectors and line locators to pinpoint the exact spot of the leak. Once a leak is localized we can develop a plan for repair.
Slab leaks can be caused by soil shifts, pipe corrosion, or poor installation. These leaks can lead to severe damage, including foundation cracks, water damage, and mold growth. If you suspect you have a slab leak, or you notice any tell-tale signs of a leak, call a professional plumbing service right away!
Ironwood Plumbing has over 20 years experience detecting and repairing slab leaks. With specialized leak detectors and line locators, we are able to precisely pinpoint the location of a leak. Once the leak is located, we are able to propose a plan for removal or repair.
In some cases the best option is to jackhammer the slab, repair the line and re-pour the slab. In other cases it may be better to reroute the line thru the walls or ceiling. We work with each client to work out the best plan of action. We work efficiently to ensure you can resume normal activities as soon as possible.
